Projects in need of participants
- ADD+ON Creator: Publish videos that you usually upload to your social media on our ADD+ON platform.
- VTX Creator: Monetize your content by creating videos for in-app purchases.
What is ADD+ON?
ADD+ON is a platform that ensures English content, which may not have fully reached its audience on traditional social media, is delivered to users effectively.
We are also developing a system that allows creators with many followers but limited means of monetization to be able to monetize their content by directing users to their own businesses or through in-app purchases.
Furthermore, we are working on developing a system using creators’ videos and AI technology that will provide a new English conversation experience. With this system, users will be able to acquire more natural English conversation skills through their favorite creators.

What is VTX?
VTX (Virtual Talk Experience) is an innovative platform that provides real conversation experiences for English learners. We have designed VTX to virtually recreate various situations that frequently occur in daily conversations, allowing learners to experience the flow of actual conversations. VTX combines the latest voice recognition technology and speech skill analysis to constantly optimize the conversation level of learners.
Why are VTX creators needed?
The success of VTX depends on real and engaging content. We expect creators to film conversation scenarios based on various backgrounds and situations. Your creativity and expertise are key to producing valuable conversation experiences for learners.
The role of a VTX creator
Filming: Perform and film the conversations based on the scripted scenario. Capture the natural flow of conversation with expressions and gestures. We provide a manual for a smooth filming process.

Delice Green
Delice grew up in America, lived in Canada for 5 years, and Japan for 8. She worked as a guesthouse manager in Tokyo for 7 years before joining CORE & INITIALS where she recruits creators and makes content for English Core. Her hobbies include drawing, creative writing, and Kpop dance.
Sho Inoue
Sho worked as a hotelier for 5 years, and then as a sales consultant for 1. While living in the Kansai area of Japan, he took up a career in music while studying programming on his own. Sho currently works as a front-end engineer at CORE & INITIALS, where he is in charge of system development and contacting creators.
